Analytical Chemist
An analytical chemist is needed for a full-time position with Girindus America Inc. The successful candidate will support our pre-clinical through Phase I manufacturing business.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or Masters degree with concentration in Analytical Chemistry. Experience performing HPLC method development work and using spectroscopy to solve complex, non-routine analytical problems is a plus.
Major duties regularly performed in this position include conducting chemical and physical testing of raw materials, in-process intermediates and final drug substance; running cleaning verification samples; and using analytical skills to support Synthetic Chemists in the resolution of scale-up problems.
We are looking for a self-starter with HPLC and GC method development experience. Effective oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to work in a collaborative environment are a must.
